About DossierIQ
DossierIQ was created from practical project management experience in engineering, construction, operations, and project delivery environments.
Why it exists
The idea is simple: project teams need more than disconnected trackers. They need a reliable project record that connects deliverables, actions, comments, changes, and the reasoning behind the work.
Many project teams already work hard. The problem is that the project record often ends up spread across:
- Spreadsheets
- Meeting notes
- Document folders
- Action logs
- Individual memory
DossierIQ is being developed to reduce that fragmentation.
Founder perspective
DossierIQ is grounded in real-world project execution experience, not abstract software theory. It reflects the practical needs of project managers, discipline leads, document control, project controls, and leadership teams who need to understand where a project stands and how it got there.
Current focus
The first product, DossierIQ Mandate, focuses on external/client project execution and project memory.
